so not only am i que jumping but im taking up the only shitter when i cud be at the urinal lol

keep it elevated, preferably above waist height and kinda massage it with the ice or something cold
dont keep it on 2 long tho cos the ice will burn ur skin, do it for like 10 mins a go about 4 times a day, but u can do more ifu want.
after youve used the ice get something slightly warm and do the same thing for about 2 mins
