May be something psychological?
Do you suffer from anxiety? nervousness?
nop I am actually for nothing nervous or anxious so from that it cant be and I went with it to the doctor and the explenation was something that goes wrong in your brains.
I've been thinking lately about my brain too on what I'm thinking but it seems whenever I stopped thinking on something and tries to focus it on my hand it seems to shake also.
I just don't understand. Why male shake too much girls doesn't hands really doesn't shake too much though only male.
Oh, so thats where the whole "Males only" thing came from.
No, its definitely unisex.
This thread is about as pointless as beating off whilst on Valium. Go see a GP if you're so concerned and need to know.
I heard somewhere that everyone shakes a little bit, and its due to blood flowing through the vains or something... which would explain why after doing exercise or something, blood flows faster and would cause more shaking? Sounds like it could be true..
(And wow, this is my first post on rz in about a year)
What an odd topic...
The constant "shaky hands" isn't restricted to males. You don't necessarily have anything "wrong" with you if you do constantly have the "shakes" unless they are severe tremors which would be obvious. Shaking can be caused by some indirect source of pain (I'm talking about shaky hands). As for other body parts it could easily be the most logical answer....your muscles.
When I have my hand laying on top of a desk it doesn't move. It doesn't shake. However, when I slightly lift my hand it requires muscles to contract and my hand shakes (slightly). The same goes for feet. If I lift my leg my feet also slightly shake, but when the leg is relaxed and their are no major muscles contracting there is no shaking.
People usually get this " Shaking of hands " because they would crack their knuckle when they were small. This resulting in the knuckle to get weaker and more flexible.
It could be caused by stress you know..
