maybe better way of subscribing

i think i maybe found a easier way to subscribe to rz
i was thinking about u could send smsses with your phone to rz and mental would get a amount of money

It's been suggested a few time before. But when you look at the set up cost to get the thing going it just don't seem worth it.

£95 set up charge. It's one hell of a cost to pay when you have no guarantee that enough ppl will actually txt to donate, MentaL will most likely lose money he can't afford to.

& don't give me bullshit about Rz having 130k or whatever users. Minus the number who aren't active. Then minus the number who actually take notice to annoucments and the Ragezone HQ section. THEN minus the number don't care at all what happens to Rz. Then minus those *blah blah blah*. I'm being optomistic in thinking MentaL would only break even if it was implememnted.

Granted there may be cheaper set up costs else where but £95 is what we have atm.

EDIT 2: Also can I say that the site that was linked seems to only work for ppl in the UK so even less ppl would be able to do it that way. Other companies may be different but..............

yea the money dished out to actually set up that sytem would prob be MUCH more than the ammount mental would be recieving from it
