I doubt there is one. But if there is, the only way we as a species are ever going to learn of it is to keep existing, so for now I guess breeding is it? Same reason all life has been programmed to reproduce.
To reproduce and have your genes spread.
Go to the world and multiply probably?
None. You create the meaning of your life by yourself.
I don't think that, even if there was a meaning of life, we at our current intelligence would be able to comprehend it well enough to understand. So until then I guess, simliar to everyone else, breeding but saying that I think we should slow it all down <.<
To me there is a reason humans were put to life and a reason why there is death and we do not know what death is for sure, purposely. Life is probably a coincidence but the things that come with it happen for a reason which we are completely unaware of?
There is no "meaning" to human life, or any life for that matter.
Life is just the perfect mixture of the right climate & different elements, life is what you make of it. Nothing more.
Happiness.
The meaning of life is, no fucking idea.
Life is going to be what you want to make it, although there is an sentence which is widely used; "You can't have everything you want." Although our lives cannot be perfect and will never be perfect, we have to try and make life around what we want it to be and how we want to progress through it. It is a very difficult decision to decide on how and what you want to make it. I am not a big believer in 'fate' but things can be already decided for you, maybe by a superior being which some people this is 'God', or an extraterrestrial (also known as Aliens).
Humans want answers to very difficult question, just like this question which all of you are answering. Another prime example of this is, "Is there life on other planets?". Honestly, I just think we need to stop trying to figure out these questions because if eventually do find out, we may not like it. Some people may argue with me on that saying it's theoretically impossible but no one knows.
Just because we ask a question, doesn't mean there is an answer or if it needs to be answered.
I personally think there is no meaning, but we decide on how we want to live it.
The only reason we're alive is because the right climate caused rapid evolution. If another planet has the same climate as earth, and is inhabitable, I can guarantee there are life forms extremely similar to us. We're not part of a larger image. There's no one watching us (except the government).
Let me ask you a question. Does the year 1492 scare you? (bear with me, I'm going somewhere with this)
In the year 1492, yes Christopher Columbus may have sailed the ocean blue, but it was also a year in which you did not exist. You weren't even a twinkle in anyone's eye.
If the year 1492 doesn't scare you, why should 2492 scare you? So many people are afraid of death, thinking of it as such a mystery. When you die, believe it or not, you're not aware, conscious, or lucid by any means. When you die, it's over.
If this is true, the only possible meaning of life is to enjoy yourself. Sure, looking at it this way nullifies any need to get a job or put any effort into anything, but it's also the reason why some homeless people are perfectly content with their lives.
That's what I believe, feel free to disagree, it won't matter in 80 years.
According to me the point of life is happiness. We all are trying to find a place where we are happy, be it by earning money or fame or getting married. Even a person who commits suicide is trying to be happy, thinking that it will end his misery. So I think, the point of life is to stay as happy as possible in any given circumstance and to create a better tomorrow for ourselves.
I believe that it is what you make of it.
Personally, I want to help make a difference - for the better.
