It's like this, you got banned after several warnings, then you made a new account and flamed... do you really think you can have 3 new warnings untill your banned?
It doesn't work like that, you get banned after several warning, you re-register and you get banned if you break the rules again, you won't get several chances...
Before you go screaming about that time i banned lots of accounts, you made like 5 and all of those you were flaming me, so i just banned them all from that point, easier then to just wait untill you flamed me again.
