moutwash and a good strong toothpaste and u gotta brush your teeth hard

cant brush like a pansy i mean u gotta spend at least 5 times at a time minimum, its not hard if you think about it, you need your fekkin teeth man

Ive been to dentist thursday 1 gap, he had to drill etc but he gave me a shot so I didnt feel anything.

x31 you need to go see a dentist man seriously if ur worried about the cost, well sooner or later you will have to go anyway if you want to keep ur teeth, and then the costs will b alot higher

thats the point...i "should" go drill me 3 more teeths "just in case" but i am NOT going through that pain again

My dentist ALWAYS gives me some needle thing that makes my ENTIRE face numb, it rocks :D Cant feel a thing when he is drilling away :)

Brushing your teeth alot and hard is making more problems because you're overly wearing down the enamel and then eventually you'll have really sensitive teeth.

teeth are the most expenisive patr of your body... better fix everything now than wait sevrel years and pay like 5000$ for it.... tbh, no one has pearly white shining teeth...all hollywood stars go to laser bleeching and use photoshop for their images..

Brushing your teeth to hard damages your teeth and gums, don't do it. just brush em moderatly for about 3 minuites each time. and if you want whitening or plaque removal, only ever go to a dentist, all this shelf stuff is simply no good.
