Move the RZ Teamspeak? (users only please)

It seems we've been blacklisted again >.>
I'll most likely be moving hosts.

What I was wondering was, since hardly no one uses it, if I got a Ventrilo server rather than Teamspeak would more people use it (in contrast to now where you do not use it)?
I've heard that Ventrilo is much friendlier than Teamspeak so I hope more people will use it if I switch.

The Teamspeak host I have now is kinda cheap and unreliable. Their idea of cancellation is the customer not paying a bill.

Also, the Ventrilo server will cost more and/or have less slots available. To keep my current bill about the same I have to drop from 50 slots to 10-15 if I switch to Ventrilo, although that shouldn't be a problem since not that many people use it currently to even reach that amount.
The bill is relatively cheap though.

Vent has much better codecs, so I'm for vent. I never used the teamspeak simply because it makes peoples' voices sound completely different. Vent makes your voice sound almost normal at least.

I say Vent because TS's always get blacklisted. Not just that you don't know who joins when your playing a game and Vent (Famous Microsoft Sam) tells you. Plus you get more admin controls over vent then teamspeak does and people tend to hack teamspeak more than ventrillo.

Timezones prevent me from visiting more often, cause when I get home from work most of you are sleeping.

I've heard vent has better codecs too, I have both installed, so I'd say vent for that reason.

Wh005h is making a signature website since he noticed many people with the chat signatures here. The site will have tons of image based things ranging from avatars to signatures to much more.

That's all I'll say since I like the idea and it's easy to steal if someone wanted to take the time lol. There will be more to the site then just avatars and sigs too.

you have an option in ts that make's the quality a lot better then in vent.

I'm not sure about the quality thing either. I suppose enough people have said Vent is a higher quality now that it must be true to some degree.

Vent has so much better quality, accessibility and is so much smoother. They will never release TS3 as its been in dev for years and years and tbh it doesn't exist.

I highly prefer TS, which is totally good if you pick the Speex codecs, and which is much cheaper (you can even get a private TS of 50 slots for free in France, pretty easily, if you wanna see this with me it's ok).

Tho there is no point of using a 50 slots server with never more than 5 people online at same time :P
