I liked the books but I really have my doubts abt the movie.
The movie is fail just like this thread for even questioning.
It was quite good, considering I've seen it two times already.
It actually looks like a film about fairies.
The book is good, it follows the movie rather well.
The only thing I didn't like in the movie was how cheesy and badly done the running / jumping Edward did was.

Epic fail, it was terrible to be honest...by all movie standards.
As a love story? It was even worse.
Honestly it was just really..really bad, and I've seen that girl act before, and she was much better in some other things she did...definitely NOT her best performance.
The movie was great, but as normal, the book was better.

The characters looked so stupid. I mean, "It's dark in the forest and there's someone stalking me, I think I'll go deeper into the forest." and "OK, I'm a vampire that's been stalking you for a while, are you scared"
