i got this for my 20th birthday



Its well good :), took me like 4-5hours to put together though lol >.<

Just wanted to show it off :D, its like the best present ive ever had, usually i get like a tshirt or somat.. apparently my parents turned a new "good present" buying leaf :D

oh my god what a multi-freakout training devide.. i mean..
First you train your arms sitting like usual, then you can use that thingy over your head. then you can freak out over not getting the muscles you always wanted, and start punching the bag like hell. And when youre done with that, u can actually start draging the 1000 lb sized device across the room like a bull, or what the hell is that thing on the floor to the left?

it cost 250pounds/460dollars, the thing on the bottom left can be changed, in the picture its set up for a rowing type excersise, u can put an ankle strap on it and work various leg muscles too :)

6months ill be a rippling tower of steel haha :P
