Yes it does. Its like, a flash book. Just loads up 1 thing at a time. But that could be me on a 4MB Wireless connection.

m8 decrease the size of the pics, those are huge and i am on 20 mbit

Buttons don't match.
Font sucks.
Date format is wrong (should be Day/Month/Year)
Move the shoutbox to top as it will look better as you add more and more news.
Remove the hit counter, no point of them tbh.
centre the globe button thing, and add some sort of copywrite thing to the bottom with it.
Guestbook links need something done with them, hard to see dark blue with dark blue BG.
I suggest taking the colour scheme of the shoutbox and applying it to the rest of the site, blue and green just make it look very unprofessional imo.
Add some page title text as it just shows the name of the site atm.
Maybe remove the site title banner box, or add some sort of image behind it. Seems abit pointless to frame it.
If possible make the Home link into the top banner link, it will free some space in the link area.
Use capital letters.
Make the boxes consistent instead of getting smaller, give it a min of the size of your link section I'd say.


Just my personal opinions :) Locking this since you are not supposed to advertise on RZ. I'll refrain from infractions because I'm in a good mood :D
