New Community Ideas

I have a web hosting subscription, a domain and a little outdated vBulletin.
I was just wondering what good ideas you guys would have a new community.

I'll accept all ideas, no matter how wacky or weird they may be, right now I'm just looking for some innovation and inspiration of some sort, and also I dont want to waste my money by not even using the webhost and domain.

There's only two major skateboard forums out there. Not much competition, as long as you know your stuff.
