New Jailbreak for PS3 released

A new jailbreak has been released (well, a few weeks ago) while allows PS3 owners to patch there system via USB (not a normal one tho, a usb development board IS needed which can cost up to $100) to be able to back up games onto the system hard drive, or an external hard drive.

THIS IS AWESOME.

The PlayStation 3 has long been a popular plaything for modders due to the ability to run Linux on the hardware, a feature Sony has since removed, supposedly out of fear of software piracy. Unfortunately, it looks as if Sony is facing the worst-case scenario as a new product called "PS Jailbreak" claims to be able to unlock your system to allow game backups, custom firmware, and all other sorts of shenanigans.

They expect you to buy their special USB with the files on it already, but dont waste your money and just buy a development board cheaper and download the files manually fromt their site.

Well i did search but vb search fucking sucks balls. Anyway, i mention here that you dont need to use the dongle they have, which costs way too much.

I came on RZ, after doing this to my PS3.. i had NO idea that this was old, i had just learned about it elsewhere. The FIRST thing i did (which i always do, because i also posted when the PS3 was first exploited months ago, and searched then) was go to the search function, which clearly failed me - alas, i posted.

So, the mistake was that i didn't look in the gaming hotspot, whatever. I posted the first PS3 exploited here in the outerworld last time, so i planned on posting this here again.

I can't believe i had to explain myself here, i mean seriously?
Also, you finish off your message with "Habbotard" which would be a valid statement if i even went on the damn thing, therefore, your theory is heavily flawed.

You say you searched but it failed, so how comes I just searched for "PS3 hack" in the complete evolution section and it was the second topic, this 1 being the first. So did the search system fail, did you fail, or were you just too lazy to do it? I'm going for the third, though seeing your posts, the second is definitely a runner up.

The only reason I keep posting here is because you keep making up more excuses, it's clear to everyone that you either didn't search or failed big time at it and you couldn't be bothered to post in the right section.
The other topic can be easily found, it's on the first page, can be found by searching for PS3 hack and considering it's a recent development, which you yourself already stated, you could have searched for PS3 and still have it on the first page of the search. All of this is common knowledge, you just decided to ignore it.

There's an open-source clone out there called psgroove. Any nut can get one of those usb boot loaders. Some guy already ported it to the N900 and the Palm-Pre. They're currently working on an iPhone and PSP port as wel.

I pointed out your lazyness in this topic, you replied to that by calling me a asshole, yet here you are trying to pass yourself off as an alright guy. You've talked about my ego, but it's clear that no ego is bigger then yours.

As for the habbo act. Just so you know, most of had no issues with people "playing" habbo itself, but mostly the idiocy that came with them. While you might now log in your extremely large virtual pixels anymore, doesn't change anything about you.
