    So true. Their service is god awful.

    I've got a 20MBps line but my speeds are alot lower, and my laptop says I get 11MBps. Sure doesn't feel like it.

    If this new technology were to come into service, what year could the UK expect it?

    I am one of the few people who are actually getting more from their ISP than they are supposed to, instead of paying for speeds they don't receive;

    1. I am supposed to be paying $135 but i pay $65
    2. I get my cable TV bundled with my Broadband and get $20 off my Cable subscription monthly
    3. I pay for a 17mb line yet i get speeds of up to 2.7mbps - that is higher than 24mb lines.

    In about 2 years, the algorithim once patented should be implemented by most major isps, which would a helluva lot faster than the installation of fibre optic. The UK could prolly expect it in 3-4 years.
