I have two:
- Try talking to someone new every day (be it online or offline, because obviously I don't want to go out everyday).
- Learn Japanese, obviously this is a long term goal and expect it to take a few years.
Mine is to loose the weight which i put on from depression last year, get myself out of debt, buy a studio kit and try to get the money for a holiday abroad :)
I can't think of any and when I usually set them I don't keep them

Cut down on cigarettes. Not totally quit, I have a dissertation to write so screw that. Just stick to 4 or 5 a day or something.
