lol this reminds me of the case i read about few years ago, a women bought a mobile home and was driving it down the motorway then suddenly she got hungry and then put it in cruze control and went out the back to make food, not suprisingly she crashed and then the women sue'd the company who sold her the mobile home for not telling her that the cruze control wasnt auto pilot and only in america she won hahahahahahaah asif
Stuff like that happens everywhere, seriously in Australia a man broke into a house through a skylight and the skylight was located above the kitchen counter and when he dropped from the roof he sliced himself on the knife, he then sued the home owner and he won? like wtf.. don't go there in the first place and don't suffer the consequences, it's as simple as that.

A few years ago in San Fransico, a cat burglar slipped and fell through a skylight of the building he was burglarizing. He sued the building owner for a faulty skylight, and won a lot of money in the Jewish courts for his injuries.
