DTB since you refuse to comment on my last post i take it's true, when i was thinking about it i remembered something which also confirmed it.

Just to let you know, i NEVER done anything to you because of that reason, nothing at all, you know why, because i never cared, i really didn't.

That thing had nothing to do with it, i never made a problem of that.

As for the situation, it was way out of hand, way out of hand, non of the mods were doing anything, it had to be something drastic because otherwise it wouldn't stop.

But again, it was nothing personal, if it had been personal then i wouldn't of banned you.

Respect is a word i don't like to use, i prefer words like appreciation, respect is a big word, it should be used for exceptional cases.

As for friendship and all... i always moderated the most honest and unbiased way that i could, i believe i succeeded pretty well in that, it's a hard thing to do, because a lot of people took my moderation personal.

Yes i was always the person most strict on the rules, then again let's be honest, which other moderators were truly active, except for Neo there were non, and well Neo wasn't 1/10 of the time that i was on, which was why i did most of the moderating, and which why i got most of the crap.

Just think about the signature rules, i made them with MentaL's permission, they were open to changes, i didn't heard anyone of the staff complain.

So those rules are stickied in the anouncement forum, and people create new signatures, yours for example, a lot of them were made, all were not within the rules, they weren't made all the sudden, no they were made after those rules were made, how hard is it to make signatures that are within those rules.

Those things piss me off, you might say ah what does those 50 pixels matter, well those were the rules, the rules weren't that hard, so why did they had to get broken.

Anyway many people did this, i pm'd this guy about it, title "Change your sig plz" and as reply the link to the forum rules, you know what kind of respond i get, something like "fuck you, don't pm me ever again" and shit like that, what does that show to the staff of this forum? It shows 1 hell of a lot disrespect.

It's full with that crap, and personally i don't feel like being a part of such a community anymore, i moderate a other forum which is just great, no flames, mature people and all (average age is like 35 lol) i just don't feel like wasting my time here, this place doesn't need moderators, but a couple of parents, parents they will slap all those people on their fingers.

It's a shame that over the last year that i lost friendships, i made some, but also lost some.

But i can deal with that, most of those people at least know me, i was always able to get things at least straightened out a bit, but we have a new generation of people here, like Spud, although he might of registered in May 2003, he really started posting in December, the guy doesn't know me, he doesn't know me at all, yet thinks he can judge me, people like him make RZ shit, truly shit, their only goal on this forum is to cause problems, nothing else, and he isn't the only 1, there are several of such people, and they keep good members away, because this way RZ isn't worth their time.

Difference between those people and me, is that i had a lot more to do with RZ then 99.9% of the members, and that's atm my only weakness.

EDIT: As for mods, there are a couple of mods then can be removed, 1 of them certainly should be removed (Athena)
Cap should be kept a eye on, the first post in this topic should say enough, for those who don't get it... Cap loves flaming, he always did, and he never backed out of a good one, which got him removed from mod several times
SIC should be made mod
Strider should be put on trial, although i'm not sure if he is on enough, but from what i seen on msn and here he is quite a lot more mature then most.
