No subscribing?

I didn't know where to post this so I did it here.

Hey RaGEZONE members, today I wanted to subscribe to RaGEZONE, but when I went to the Paypal site, I got this:

''This recipient is currently unable to receive money.''

Soo, I can't subscribe! I guess MentaL doesn't want to make money ^^.
Any help for me?
