Just clean the wound, rub some ointment on it, stick a bandaid over it, and wrap a towel around it if it's that bad, and then get some duct tape around that towel.
Your parents will be soo proud of you! :)

Get a wet wash rag and put it on the cut. Everyone says to push down so try that with the rag on it. But make sure to get some alcohol and clean it. Or cut your self some more till you pass out, w/e suits you. Oh yeah I would make sure to get the shot thats for rusty stuff just to be safe.
