It's because sometimes we don't have snow in parts of world where it SHOULD be. I'm in Poland and it should start snowing like month ago and it didn't. Now I'm pretty happy that it started at last. In 2 days we got huge mass of white shizz covering everything outside

I personally think I'd rather die of the cold. When you go cold, eventually you won't feel anything. But hot temperature burns. Sounds a lot more painful. I could be wrong of course, maybe the real cold is painful.
It was -14 degrees yesterday night, insane really (especially in the Netherlands).
