Recently PayPal has sort of blocked my account (can't send money/pay stuff, only receive money).

So now to de-block it I need to add a bank account to my PayPal account.. that's not so easy.. I don't have one..
And IF I'd had one, I think it'd not work either because my PayPal account is under the name `Jackie IsCool` (fakenames ftrulz), so my bank account-name should be that too x.X

To change my PayPal name I'd need to do an official name change request at the governement *sigh*.

So I'm pretty much fucked up here.
Any options?

The people that sell items that can be bought with paypal can choose if only `verified` (=bank attached) can buy their item.

Well, I have paypal and my acc is registered under my name, though i added a bank years ago under my mom's bank and it works fine.

Eh, you took a stupid move signing up with a fake name, PayPal should be able to send you a check for your money and then just cancel the account.

PayPal is not a bank, therefore it is not under the same rules and laws as a bank. Hence why they can screw you over with ease.

Actually you don't need the same name. I used my moms creditcard for my account and it worked

Imagine you steal a paypal acc with 100 000 bucks and send them to your account but it is with a fake name.

Just open a bank account (are you serious you don't have a bank account? I have 3!) and link it to your account. Name doesn't matter since it will be verified with an amount of money being send. So I don't know why everybody trolls about the name being important...

Any ways, giving up a fake name for official things is always a bad thing.

I think that paypal doesnt let you change the name, the name you listed when registering is the only one you can use and again .. I think
