I have a Pentium D, gig of RAM, and an Nvidia 6800 and my comp still chokes on the higest settings :(

Ofcourse they can't run on the highest settings, most of the time the highest settings can't be even used yet, because the computers of today aren't powerful enough.

So the only way to run such games on the max is either to wait 2 years and buy a decent computer, or buy now by far the best of the best, so that when someone claims he has something better then you, then you can tell him he's full of shit because you have the best money can buy.
