Seriously I had bad spots for about 2 years, only time stopped mine from coming, half the shit you'll use is that, shit. And use non-perfumed face washes. The doctors told me diet has nothing to do with it in most cases aswell.
Avoid eating oily/fatty foods.. always wash your face and sleep early..

Whatever you do...don't try to pop them out (unless you know what you're doing)...its going to look beeping disgusting.
Just wash your face daily, sleep early (don't stay up late), and last...but not least, use shampoo for gods sake.
Pop them out, joking.
Put, wash your face with soap every day and night.
A few suggestions:
- Wash your face everyday/night.
- Wash your hair twice a day.
- See your local dermatologist (mine prescribed something that works great).
- Avoid oily or unhealthy foods.
- Avoid touching your face... at all times.
- Sleep with a towel on your pillow (oils from your face seep and stay in your pillow).
- Use oil face wipes.
- Once again, wash your face a lot.
TCP is an antiseptic used for cuts etc but it also works on spots :)
Wow why wash your hair twice a day? You will wash away all the oils in it and it will be dry.
The rest is good advice though, I'll use the towel on pillow thing but not any wipes.
I just use water and I rarely receive pimples unless I'm doing some activity that I normally don't do on an everyday basis.

It depends on your skin type. If you have super sensitive skin, normal face cleansers you buy at the pharmacy won't be as effective.
I use face wash stuff with tiny little beads and I gently rub my face with it :] It feels nice and it makes me feel so fresh hehe! It works for me.
Try not to touch your face too much, and if you're going to try to pop your pimples (which you shouldn't do since it leaves scars) dab some rubbing alcohol on it afterward.
I pop my pimples all the time. Stop being cowards, you don't want to die without a scar.
But there are germs and stuff in your nails; if you pop your pimple, it might get even worse.
Oh and another thing! You should put warm water on your face to open up the pores, then use a face cleanser :] When you're done washing your face, wash with cold water to close your pores lol!
I also heard that if you get a big bowl of hot water and put a towel over it for like a minute, then stick your face in there, its good too. Try some face mask thingies :] Unless you're a guy... cause then that would be weird to see.

pimples should stop coming for a while.

or really, numb it with ice then you can buy this thing that pops your pimple and so you don't use your
nails and it pops it, it may hurt, so that's why you numb it. but if it's the face,
the best thing is to wash your face even if it hurts and make it super dry.
then just do something about it. whatever you'd like.
