It happens to the best of us mate, it's happened to me and I know its happened to many others just reading the thread. In your case, its not really a case of her being a bitch from what i can thathom, its more so that you are really good friends and thats all she sees you as, however you want more and she simply cannot give it. Its just unfortunate mate, but you will have to just forget about her ever being more than a friend. To avoid your jealousy, i'd say that you should just stay apart.
A word of advice mate, don't make friends with a girl you would like to date or have sex with. Keep it on a purely sexual level.

Except that can backfire big time, if you tell a girl how you feel while she doesn't feel the same way then that friendship has a good chance of changing alot, i mean could you look in a girl her eyes and talk the same way to her as before you knew she was in love with you?
I'd say unless you got any signals then don't risk your friendship, although most deny it, but there is a extremely big chance you would have many other relationships after her (even if you get a relationship with her), so if she hasn't given any signals then it's better to keep her as a friend.
