at :32 and 2:33 the middle officer screams stop resisting, you must be deaf if you didnt hear him. and every time the guy gets hit he was moving(which is resisting arrest), and cops dont know what he is capable of considering he could be under the influence. and if he didnt do anything wrong, why on earth is he running from the cops?

The fact still stands that under the circumstances there were enough officers to handle this properly, this was NOT properly.
IF you knew wtf you were talking about, you would realize that this was not proper procedure, and that it got way out of hand. But you don't, so nothing more can be expected of you who thinks that there can be no corruption in the system, especially a system like policing, which has had a long history of corruption, and when people get abused like this...you get people like you saying things like "if he didn't do anything wrong, why on earth is he running from the cops?"
Oh and btw, he was also tasered multiple times.

Sorry, but that's pretty much illogicial and bullshit on all parties here defending the police on this account, because of the fecking fact that his muscles are tightening due to the Tazer... he can't exactly bend his arms to get hand cuffed. And if they were handcuffed to begin with, then there was absolutely no need for the dozen punches in that case.
In either scenario, both are still blatent police brutality...
Those 3 policemen should have been disciplined for their unneccessary actions.
P.S. - Noname, you talk about being deaf to Wounded above of the 'stop resisting' bit. I bet you didn't hear the Tazer throughout? And if you did then that shows your ignorance, now don't it (And arrogance, "get your shit straight" motherfuck")? For the simple fact that I mentioned aboved, while being Tazered your muscles are tightening, and you can't do jack and would appear to be resisting as you're all stiff whether you are resisting or not...

and it doesnt matter if it was a minor traffic accident, he still ran away. and it couldnt have been that minor or else he would have tried to get away in his car. in which case they probably wouldnt have caught him
We have to have respect for the police, but do they have respect for us?
I think some cops abuse their "power".
