Here is the thing, stuff like kiddy porn will be easy to access, because they will either be hosted in places that keep changing etc etc, or you get the supposed modeling sites with young naked kids which are legal.
Either way, the bad shit isn't that hard to find, but is hard to block, it's the mainstream porn that is easy to target.
Kiddie porn is already blocked.
This is a new opt in(!) service 4 ISPs are giving to parents to block porn. It's exactly the same as installing one of those anti-virus's that can sensor sites. Or how schools/works etc block sites.
If it were an opt out service, then people have every right to moan. It isn't. You have to decide you want the filter, and tick a box while signing up to a new service to get it.
Kiddy porn isn't blocked. They attempt to block it, but as we all know, unless you block all communication to the internet, there is just no way you can block anything from spreading.
It's blocked to people who aren't actively trying to get around that block. Exactly like how this block will work, ie how teens end up on porn etc while at school. When I was a kid it was using the IP address instead of the DNS.Quote:
