Most vitamins are a waste of money and potentially toxic, you should only really be supplementing vitamin D3 and potentially B12 (not just a vegan problem). Instead of taking a vitamin / vitamins each day, just take a piece or two of fruit, eventually that will turn into a few pieces and more.
If you are actually deficient in something, then you should consider supplements. I'd get a blood test before wasting time and money on vitamins.

Just wondering, Would there be any difference from a person who doesn't relies from a machine? Like an example to that would be doing some chest inclines on a machine from a raw barbell that heavily relies on your strength exerted?
