Question about WoW servers xP

Hey guys,

I was just wondering where I could request servers on Ragezone, because I'm tired of looking for ages, been searching alot for the past few days. If it's allowed in this part of the forum, this is what I'm searching:
- Lvl 80 max or higher, or if 70 max, the ability to do instances with just a few people
- High rates, as in, first kill, lvl 3 or higher (Was on a 99 max server with 12x exp rates, and 0.13x item drops, definetly not nice for lvling.)
- Active gms/admin, played on a server where the gm never ever came in game, and only 3-4 times in the forum a week or so.
- 10+ Playerbase

Anyone mind helping me? I can't find anything like this :(
