Have they restricted the amount of kbs/sec they send out?

I'm hitting like 50KBs a sec atm and Im usually on 400 O_O

Could be your router or computer. I usually have 400kb then it pulls itself down to 200kb turning the evening over here after having the internet on all day.

Just restart my modem, router, computer. Bam! 400kb again.

Or it could just be heavy traffic on rapidshare?

i dont know man, i dl files off of their site with prem acc and i got slow ass speed
avg 120kbps, but when i use dl manager, i dl at full speed.

Cos when there is heavy traffic they limit the amount of connections each person can make so they all get roughly the same speeds. Download managers make more connections which speeds it up.

yeah good point, also it eat alot of your prem bandwidth :D
