I guess what I'm trying to say is if I didn't witness the accident then I'm not sure I would really pay attention to it. I figure someone who was there would have done something. Oh and another point, how many times in news storys do you hear the line *police are looking for witnesses who might have seen what happened*. All the time, because people don't want to cause trouble for themselves. Unless you actively seek them out people have a surprising ability to ignore everything.

They have no regard for their own citizens. Fucking sickening to watch, 18 people actually walked past and some guy on a motorcycle just stopped and looked at it. The morality of people these days where they are leaving people in the middle of the road without caring, I'm sorry for swearing, but it's fucking sick.
It's sad, but what's even more sad is that you guys are surprised/shocked. There's much, much worse happening in the world. Ever heard of Unit 731? One girl getting run over is sad, but it's not shocking in the slightest. Humans are capable of much worse unfortunately.
