MentaL dosent moderate. Not that much anyway i think. Barely ever see him post. Lee moderates but how much can we expect the man to do? Hes head of the staff which i recently learned aint as good as it sounds. So clearly we need more people not just the two. But thats where the questions and problems start to come in...Quote:

Nothing pisses me off more then the cold feel of Negativity. We the RaGEZONE staff are suppose too work together, its the whole point of being a "Team". Problems are resolved with using the brain and discussing matter at hand with the people you work with.
Having said that you get results with a positive attitude, how on earth can we ever hope too progress, too move forward, to "evolve" and make our community a better place if all any of you are going to do is blame and point fingers at this guy, or that guy because you think he/she is doing a bad job or doesn't deserve his position...
The haters, the "none believers" look around you. What do you see ? It's called improvement, whether you believe it or not things have changed and its for the better and thats a fact because statistics say so. I'm not saying things are perfect...theres some aspects of the forum that can be improved, theres certain aspects of our staff that can be improved. But that comes with time and patience.
Now...Gohan, I respected you as a fellow "peer". I respect you as a friend, I think your a great guy and its been fantastic seeing you at the past previous parties. But you don't get results with all of this negativity. I know for a fact that you've got alot too offer, I know that you can help. So do it. Drop the personal feelings you have and come back to the staff. That I'm asking you as a friend.

I do agree that there should be some changes here and there. But decisions like those should never be rushed in too. Honestly things aren't as bad as your now lead too believe, we're not at each others throats, we do operate well. Granted on some occasions theres some disputes but they get sorted.Quote:
