new green is a new rank called Supervisor, basically the middlemen between mods and senior mods.
they watch over the normal mods and are in turn watched over by the s-mods.
Being a mod here is a kinky job, everybody is looking at you and you look at everybody... trust me, mod section is like a swingers bar.
