DTB you need to understand 1 thing, i don't give a shit what you think, i'm the moderator of this section, if you have a problem with that take it up with MentaL or Exy, do NOT throw your threats around here. Incase you forgot, threatening a moderator is against the rules, those rules apply to you aswell.

So i suggest you read the rules and accept that you are not only continueing a offtopic discussion after i told you all to drop it when posting crystal clear evidence to back up my claim, but also for again threatening a moderator.

I will also inform Exy for this abusive behaviour since it's completely unacceptable for a Smod to behave in such a poor manner.

Whatever he likes to think, I am above him when it comes to authority. He does not get to issue orders like that especially when I am in it the right.

Also Rishwin, I have more computer game related knowledge than GohanSSJ, I studied game design at college, I have played all the Zelda games and my favourite genre of game is RPG. I see elements of Zelda that I see in Final Fantasy, and vice versa. As FlameingSkull pointed out they aren't exactly mirrored but they are converted to match the series.

Secondly - the use of words I used may have been intepretated as me throwing my power around, but believe me I did not. I firstly posted the situation in the Super Staff section, where it was agreed that Gohan has overstepped the boundaries on numerous occasions and that it would have to be dealt with - Exclamatio included in this. We decided to give him one more chance and then he broke that straight away with the above post, so he was banned for 1 week to chill out and come down off his little power trip and consequently been demodded also.

Whether you guys like it or not, we are Senior Moderators for a reason. We know our jobs and we are above normal moderators when it comes to authority. In terms of the new plan we've laid out recently it goes:

Gamemasters > Moderators > Supervisor > Senior Moderators > Sub-Admin > Admin.

Gamemasters report to Moderators, who report to Supervisors etc etc


Also - Technically. Noone was meant to know GohanSSJ was a moderator. He was given secret mod due to him wanted to help clear the gaming section. However he took it upon himself to start abusing that power and flaming anyone who disagreed with him. In the end we had to act.

For those who are saying that i chose the wrong version - here is a list of every zelda game listed on the Nintendo website. No it doe snot include anything pre-gamecube, but i think it is proof enough considering that if anything, the modern Zelda games have MORE rpg elements than the n64 ones. There is 1 "arcade" but all the others are adventure/action

DTB - you may know more about gaming in general than him, but at the end of the day, if he acted on information he got from VERY reputable sources, he should not under any circumstances be held responsible if people disagree with it.

All i was arguing is the fact that from what you wrote when you banned him, the reasons you outlined there were unjust and completely wrong. If he was banned for different reasons, then you should either have stated them or not said anything at all - not posting what you did which was irrelevant to the actual issue at hand.

Gohan was not banned because he thought Zelda games can't be classed as RPG's. He was banned from threatening to abuse his powers to delete posts of those who considered them to be. He was saying "Agree with me or else". Not the kind of action I want from any moderator. The fact there was multiple times he had done this resulted in his banning.
