There is a lot of spamming but there always was. I think its the quality of the spam that is lacking, making it much more obvious now than ever.
Yes, some mods spam much more than they should, in the end only Mental can demod them if he finds reason to. However, how many mods have been spammers in the past? NoPeace and I massacred the forums at one point, although in our defense we kicked ass and our "spam" wasn't just a bunch of nonsense, more like, posts like this one.
Any way you look at it, there is spam, was spam, and always will be spam. It can be stopped to a degree, but it all depends on the definition of spam, and that seems to change from person to person.
I always wonderd how you and nopeace got such high post counts, now I know :tp:
