Rishwin, to answer your question:
In the district I'm in, we have what I guess is close to three months - June, July, and August.
We have a week off in February, a week off in April... like two weeks or so off in December...
College ended in April...so my summer started a while back.
I've been working 2 days a week. Going to gym 4 days a week. Volunteering whenever I'm needed at a primary school, helping teachers and stuff.
Those are pretty much the things I am going to be doing throughout the summer. And then there's hanging out with friends, sports, games, relaxing in the sun or the couch...etc.
Might visit my family back home in Europe sometime later this summer.
Btw my summer lasts from April to September.
