There is nothing in the world I hate more than a rapist. I've sometimes thought about what to do to one. Simply punching his teeth in certainly doesn't do the trick, and also a sentence in prison isn't enough for ruining several lives. Here's some ideas:
First lock him up in a basement and put him in chains on a stone table, then start off with a sledgehammer on one of his testicles. I hope he doesn't pass out yet. Later on I'll cut off his penis but I'll save it till I can afford to have him die from bleeding.
Make him unable to breathe through nose, breaking it should suffice. Tape in his mouth so he will nearly suffocate, then save him by cutting small holes in his cheeks, not too big though so he can't breathe free.
A few drops of vinegar into his eye, leave the other eye so he can see every device you introduce.
Grab a 2-inch (wide) steel bar and break a few ribs, then turn him around. Stick it up his ass deep enough for him to scream. You don't need to be too gentle on his intensines, tearing a few will be fine. Do not completely destroy his ass yet. Stick a water hose up his ass and pour in say 10 litres. If he can take it you can try some more. Put a cork on it and leave him for a day to think about stuff.
Next day, start by crushing his other testicle, then set him free of the water. Push him on the floor, spray sugar water on him and release a few thousand ants, then leave for some hours.
Flush the insects away, it's time for you to let some aggression free. Hang him so his feet still reach the floor and he doesn't strangle. Give him a kickboxing lesson. Take your time, I'm sure he's not in hurry anywhere. You might want to drop him from the rope afterwards if you fear he'll die off otherwise. Let him recover from the injuries for a day, have a few check ups on him to ensure he's not dying off dehydration just yet.
Begin the next morning with a 3-inch wide tree birch and introduce it to his ass. You should mostly focus on this rear action and penis throughout the punishement, remembering the saying "eye for an eye". Talk about eyes, get a needle and slowly pierce his eye, make sure he's looking at it all the time.
Put him in a box with flesh-eating insects.
At all times remember to keep an eye on his health, because you don't want to give him the salvation of death.
