Server leaks...

1) How are all these servers being leaked? (MU, HelBreath, Legend of Mir) Disgruntled workers? Shitty ftp security?

2) Has anyone yet been sued for running these servers?

Mir files leaked coz koreans put files on an ftp i heard dunno bout the others tho

the server files were put onto a public ip, then some chinese bloke found em, the word spread to europe and ppl got them ;p then most notibly, the ex-gm loud worked on the files, and several other groups worked on it themselfs making them work and english etc ;p thats roughly how mir spread

no clue bout others

mir 3 was actually stolen though ;p

the HB files were hacked as far as I know Im not sure about mu but I recon they were hacked aswell..

sheesh.. that mir admin guy sure is stupid... actually the guy thats being accused could go to court with that stuff... its illegal to accuse someone of theft without proper evidence (wich the guy didnt seem to have since what he did isnt really illegal) atleast thats how it works in my country.. dont know about the us or italy or wherever this was..
