My sleep pattern is all over the place when I haven't got anything to wake up for. Usually crawl into bed at about 3-4am and wake up at about 1pm, enough sleep for me, but it completely wastes away the day lol. However, now that I'm working 6 days a week I have to be up 9am at the latest, so I tend to go to bed about.... now :). Nn.
urrrrrrrrm hoabout taking a handfull of sleeping pills while watching really boring TV that always helps, or you canb take drugs, get stoned and fall asleep on top a a fuel tanker bound for the Congo.

Sleep is the best. You guys should really sleep. If you havent slept for a long time and you sleep good for like 2-3 days you will feel alot energetic and better.
I went to bed at noon and woke up at 5pm. Wow, I'm doing great. O.O
