I saw a show on discovery about it, It is where you go to sleep and wake up not being able to move

Then you See and feel weird things. It happens with devils, Aliens, other things

But I cant remember how it ende if they were jsut dreaming (Becasue they Video taped it) or not

And you always ahve a dream you just dont remember it :P

I think the worst part is the feeling on your ribs.. when they are exposed I often feel a pressure on my ribs.. really uncomfortable.. but I can't move of course. I figured out recently that the cure for that whole chest/rib pressure thing is to cross your arms over your ribs when you sleep.

i read it on wikipedia and it said that this might occur if u sleep up straight facing the ceiling.

come to think of it, everytime i had "sleep paralysis" ,i really did sleep straight facing the ceiling .

hmm, so next time try sleeping sideway?
