Sleeping tablets

Ok i have issues when it comes to sleeping, im taking these sleeping pills (ive had this problem for around 3 years now) well the drug is called zopiclone... here is a bit of info about it

Note the side effects, i get em all.. the taste is horrible, u cannot drink water cos it tastes that bad.

thinkin the fridge was arguing with the tv, i know its not possible, but when i think and look back, the way the fridge door was open and looking and pointing at the tv, i thought they were arguing , i so i turned around and shoted at the fridge, "STOP IT".

When my gf slept over last week i took the pills ( i take em everynight if i got any) i take around 8mg of them, its above the recommended dose but it works.. anyways we were laying down and so forth , as u do like...

and she was holding me, and all of a sudden i saw clowns and my room turned intoa big train set..

ok i am observing mental right now for his health. he has just taken sleeping pills and i will be jotting down notes here.

ok hes just taken the pills, he feels normal.
- mental feels quite relaxed. this may be a psychological effect.
- mental feels a little bit angry, like perhaps he should hit someone.
- the pill hasnt fully hit yet, water tastes normal.
- pills are slowly beginning to take effect.
- mental begans dancing in his chair like a lunatic. this may again be a psychological action.
- the effects are gradually wearing in.
- mental has some problems thinking. thought patterns seem to be slowing down.
- mental starts to feel drowsy.
- mental feels really sleepy.
- mental decides he can stay awake only for another five minutes.

this all occured within a 30minute timespan.

eh i have sleeping problems too takes me about 3 or 2 hours for me to sleep. i have hallucinated b4 without any pills i saw dbz characters fighting each other kinda weird

man i just read the whole page and its telling me it takes 5 days to get out of ur system

this means as u take it each day ur slowly getting a build up of it in your body. im guessing this is going to affect you more and more as time goes on.
how long u ben taking it for now? it says no more than 4 weeks im not sure how accurate that can be if the drug takes 5 days to filter through.

make sure u drink a lot of water through the day man keep your system as clean as u can

id also say take a little less, you could use another type of therapy that i know for a fact will work 100%, contact me on msn if your interested, im more than happy to tell you about this :)

Sleeping probs aren't fun! I go to see a sleep therapist in January to be wired up and checked out. I have a similar problem although I will NEVER take sleeping tablets. They have so many bad chemicals in them that I have been recommended to steer clear of them. After 3 years you will have a habit though :/ - try and get off them if you can, and as soon as you can, otherwise it could be worse for you in later years.

Bad breath, lol niice.. coated tongue... NOT the thing you take before goin to see your girlfriend.
