Not again someone that ask for medical help on a MMORPG forum.. Ever heard of a doctor or even Google? How about people around you? I'm quite sure there are others with these.
there are so many things that can cause or contribute to a headache but since I've been staying hydrated and eating really clean the only headache I've had was after a savage poke in the eye at training.
Well you've made at least 20 posts in the last hour, so maybe you should get off the PC and lie down. Eye strain is a VERY common cause of headaches, usually from staring at a screen for too long or at the long angle.

i have light sensitive eyes so 50% of my headaches are from that and the other 50 are from dehydration.

On topic: Headaches re mostly caused by the sensibility of your eyes while watching a TV/COMPUTER screen for too long, but there are too many reasons, my gran ma have headaches when she eats chocolate .
That was not the point. The point was that he (or she) had to have common sense on the question he asked which can be solved on multiple ways then this.

I have had a headache for the past half year.
Went to a doctor and they found nothing.
It's now only occasional that I have headaches.
Just take like those pills against headache and life on.
Also if your getting them on work. maybe just Stress?
