i did this test ages ago....it was in spamzilla i think...mine was something like 5.8k down 600up...
anyway this website fails...i was getting high dl speed from japan too...lol...

using 3 pcs with emule , torrent and normal ftp :P

thats why i get less 3mb and less 300kb/s on the stupid upload


certain isps wont appear btw , specially if you're on a dedicated line ( example University , since yes i get could get similar tests like username1 :P )

or like a friend of mine that on the isp he used to work :P

funny thing is that for example i choose lisbon and eheh my connection goes to the uk then back to portugal , so i do get less on the meter , someone in lisbon that lives near that spot or using the same line can get higher speeds since it will treat it as "local"

since username1 is in japan what it counts its their intra lan , like in SG or MY ( cant remember which one , that on their country they got 100mbit lines outside it sucks and lags :P
