A plot hole is a gap in a storyline that goes against the flow of logic set-up by the plot. Plot holes are usually seen as weaknesses and flaws in a story, and writers try to avoid them (except in certain deliberate circumstances) to make their stories seem as realistic and lifelike as possible.

The viewing or reading audience notes a plot hole when something happens during the story that seems highly unlikely, or would be impossible to imitate in real life. If a bank robber's car is being chased by five or six police cruisers, and the bank robber successfully evades capture simply by making a left turn down a dark alley, this is seen as a plot hole.

It is usually seen as a mark of good writing or directing when a storyteller presents a story in such a way that the audience does not notice plot holes, or willingly chooses to overlook them in favor of enjoying the story.

A well-known plot hole occurs in the 1969 film On Her Majesty's Secret Service. When James Bond meets Ernst Stavro Blofeld, neither man recognizes the other, despite a previous confrontation in 1967's You Only Live Twice.

Can't say I'm surprised by the turn of events, well of course we all are surprised because we don't know FOR SURE what is to happen, but pretty much some major theories that have been running on the net for some time were dead on, at least on a couple major things that occurred. But did that ruin it?

I live in Estonia and here they are still translating the book...=P...My sister(17) and her boyfriend(22) are very interested of HP books. Her boyfriend has read all 5 books like 3 times and my sister have read them all once.

But I don't read em because it's not interesting anymore...I have seen the first 3 movies and now there's no mood to read em. =(

Snape Could Have Easily Killed Harry When Running.
And Dumbledore Would Never Plead For His Life. That Makes Me Think Dumbledore Was Saying "Please" So Snape Would Kill Him.

Although we still have one more book to go, it was quite obvious that Harry and Ginny would hook up at some point, as well as Hermoine and Ron :P And Dumbledore dying in this book, Snape being the HBP, stuff that was forecasted a long while ago tbh :P I did really like when Harry and Ginny got together, even if it's short lived.

As for Snape, I just don't like him. As DTB said, he could be good all along, I just don't know why Dumbledore would want to die at this point, must be for a purpose I am not aware of (If Snape is good and did it grudgingly, as he was arguing with Dumbledore about something he "didnt want to do" at some point).

Either way it goes, I just don't like Snape :P I wanted Sirius to kick him around a bit. And Neville, my sweet Neville, I kind of wished he would have showed Bellatrix a few things but he was barely in the story :( Luna was funny as usual, but also not really used as much. Oh well.

Exactly what I would have said, Dumbledore knew bout the vow and would rather Snape was alive and active as a spy.

This does ,however, create a serious problem for Snape. Who does he report his findings to in the Order? No one will believe him...
