Hello, i need help finding a new sport/activity.
I have been swimming for 7 years and im kinda tired of it so i stopped doing it, and i need a new activity to do, i was goin to start with kickboxing but i don't know if i will like it, + i like to do stuff like swimming, where you pretty much go all in, for a long period of time (like the trainings i had, for 1-2h where we would swim all in) and then afterwards pretty much fall asleep cus ur so tired.
I also need this to be a challenging task, it has to be hard, or otherwise it won't be that fun, and it has to be something you can start with when you are 16, and never done it before, and has to keep me in shape + work a bit as a workout (building muscles).
I found most of this in swimming, but im so sick of doing it at the moment so.
Please give me some advice on activities you have experience with, (oh yea, no tennis or football or sumtin like that, no crackin balls involved!)
