So, today someone ask me if i'm Portugese because of my header....it ticked me off somehow because people are kind of stereotype these days.
For instance, my hair is curly and goes down so people assume i am black right away and call me racial names when they get mad at me but yet im not black, so i get pretty mad at them because i am Puerto Rican.
It just annoys me alot when people stereotype for no reason.
Does this happen to anyone else?

Guys and girls copy styles from all around the world, there are tanning salons (which usually make girls look orange), but there are hot vacation locations accessible to most people where they would be able to get a tan, curling irons, straightening irons for hair...basing a person's background on appearance alone doesn't work anymore.

For as I am Latvian and live in Latvia, but all my friends are Russian people and I can fluently speak in both languages. Actually I can fluently speak in English too, but that's not the case here. So all the people who don't know me well thinks that I am Russian, because I can speak that language. And they say, that I look like Russian too. LOL. Well anyway, that's not the problem with me, because I don't give a shi* what nationality they think I am referred to. I'm jsut happy that I know Russian language, and they don't. :)

Every single time i go to the store, some Mexican folk would always assume I'm Mexican too and start talking to me in their language and tbh i don't really mind because it means I'm 'accepted' or something by another culture xD.
