She committed this abuse in her home nation, where exactly do you plan on extraditing her? What other nation would say "Send her to us, we have a right to prosecute her as well." That would only make sense if lets say she had traveled to the United States and while on American territory had beat that child mercilessly as she did. Then the U.S. could say this woman has violated our laws while on our territory and so must pay the penalty according to our justice system. I doubt she is a dual citizen anywhere, she was probably born and has lived there her entire life meaning that is the only government that has jurisdiction over her. She has not committed war crimes and as bad as beating your child like that is, it is nothing compared to the actions of Hitler or George W. Bush and cannot be considered a crime against humanity.
