THough u have a point the point is people with low posts usually dnt care about the forum and break all the rules a high post count shows the user is dedicated to the forum, though i dnt agree calling them noobs they are many cases whey're i have seen scams but nobody believed the person why? low post count. If he had a high post count i hate to say it but some ppl may believe the person
So you can see the postcount is just to say that this person has devoted their time to this forum and they can be trusted.
Wouldn't make much difference imo. If I see a thread or post of some interest, I'll read it first, then decide if it's a waste of time or not. I don't look at the poster's Post Count and straight away decide if I should read it or not. Don't see the point.

Remove post count... sure, want a reason? Take the time to read through all the posts. If you decided to only check the ones with fancy colored names or high post counts, then there's your reason. If you actually read through every single one, then there's your other reason.
I already read through the thread like everyone that i do and ofcourse i've read posts with normal names -.-.
Thats why i said what i just said. I don't even bother reading there post count, saying please where i can get mu files in the meet and greet section is because there idiots and has nothing to do with post counts but yet some want it removed for a stupid reason.
This has nothing to do with "oh you didn't read my post." This is all strictly a matter of ego, and I'll never believe that 80% of those who voted "Yes" have some sort of ego problem here.

The post counts aren't going anywhere, people. If you don't want people to judge you - tough, that's life. You might as well hide in a shelter for the rest of your life if you are afraid of being judged.
If you don't want people to overlook your posts - tough, that's life. People, probably yourselves, are ignored by other people in real life every day.
If you simply do not like the post count feature - tough, stop joining online forums because they all have them and most of the mod team is behind keeping the feature.
