Weed. Crack never went well with me.
I dont see why people who dont like this lifestyle live in it? Why do you take part in it? If you dont like drugs and alcohol why are you going to party's? That's like me not liking emo's, then I go and try to befriend a bunch of emo's, then complain to people that I hate them...
This is a lifestyle, and for all you who don't like it, just leave. Quite frankly, get out of the house, and have a good time...
Also, if you go to a random party and know maybe only like 3/50 people its not going to be fun. If you have been drinking, and so has everyone else, you will probably meet the other 47 and laugh and have fun with them. Without alcohol everyone would have been judging everyone, and you wouldnt have met half the people nor had half the fun.

Also, you cant blame teenagers... Its the media, in beer commercials what do you see? Everyone smiling, having a good time? Thought so. What do you see on the rum commercials (malibu, with the captain morgan commercials, everyone is smiling, and the guys pickup hott chicks) you see people relaxing on the beach having a nice time. On MTV's the real world what do you see? People going out and clubbing every night. Eventually there is usually drama, but you see all the fun they have.
The most funny movies out today are 'stoner' movies, or movies where there is drugs and alcohol involved. Harold and Kumar, drugs and alcohol, Superbad, mainly alcohol, but some drugs in it, Pineapple Express, ALOT of drugs and found it fucking hilarious. Go look at the best comedy's today, and I guarantee there is drugs and alcohol in it.
I guess movies make drugs and alcohol appear enoyable, and funny, and quite frankly they are.
Oh, and to whoever was talking about letting their kids drink and experiment with drugs and alcohol, its basically the best way to do it. In most cases if you restrict your child from doing something they will rebel and do it anyways, and because of the desire to do it has grown and grown, they will usually abuse whatever they do. So there is a greater chance if you restrict your child from drugs and alcohol that they will end up as a druggy, or alcoholic, or dead... Also, its best people party when theyre young, when they dont have to work, and they dont have to concentrate on school.
If I wasnt partying now, I would probably end up non-stop partying in college, and fail my classes etc.
Not your life, dont worry about them.
I dont drink, im not ashamed of people who do, it's their own choice, why do you care?

well some ppl need somethings to take off the stress to have a good time or they would be worrying about things,life is hard
i agree with u,but i like to get drunk also ,i dont get hang overs and if i do i only get dizzy and thats all
We can have fun and all such things without alcohol, but the fact is that we don't want to see that we can without alcohol.
well I didnt read the whole thread but I think i'm on the same level as you although I do use alcohol and some drugs.
most people think they need drugs or alcohol to have a good time when I can have just as much fun when i'm sober.
the thing I find the worst about teenagers these days is their lack of responsibility and ignorance they think every problem will solve itself and will only help other people if they also get something out of it.
I`m a teen and I haven't smoked, take drugs yet. I am sure I have drink a sip here, and a sip there on wine/B&J's. Which is on special occasions, like New Years, Christmas, Chinese New Years, etc.
Oh. Of course some teens smoke now and days, because like. Idk, they blame stress, but I blame boredom.

Uh, yeah, i had a feeling this field trip was bad, and i was right.
Our geography teacher organised a field trip to like i dunno where. Anyway, the guys in my class(8th grade, not even in high school) were like let's buy some beer, ballentine's bla bla, first i thought they were joking, but as soon as i heard what happened on it... oh god.
Some guy never drinked in his life and wanted to appear 'cool'. he drank like half a litre or more of ballentine's and got REALLY drunk. he fell down numerous times and he almost died.
Not wanting to be mean, but... i call him the drunken master,lol.

But, You can still have a blast without Alcohol/Drugs!
I can't really do anything "fun" without drugs because my conscience tells me its not the right thing to do.
