This is the catman of greenock (About 30 mins from my house).

ts most bizarre resident was covered in an article by The Daily Telegraph in recent years called "The Catman". He is a man of about 60 years who lives in the wild like an animal, travelling barefooted on his hind legs. He has been seen by many and his diet is made up of wild animals he has caught. However the local population occasionally leave food out for him. He has been taken in by social services before for mental illness but he was deemed uncurable and was released.

In my neighborhood i have driver, something like cat, maybe less. That guy acts like he's in the car all the time, he walks around and keeps driving and imaginary car, steers it by an imaginary drive-wheel, and what's an exception he have a real car keys. Whenever he stops at lights ( for pedestrians ) he pretends changing gear to neutral and pulling the handbreak, of course at the time he start walking faster he shifts the gear for higher etc. Although i've never heard that anyone would take care of him.
