Mankind at its worst: truly Hitler had some sickening thoughts going on to do this, and view himself as a hero. In the case that his kind arises again, we shouldn't even let the group of people have a war with us, all countries of the world should show that this such action will never be allowed. The reason I mention the possibility of this repeating is because we have people like Osama Bin Laden, who swear to kill all Jewish people; even their children.

Hitler was probably one of the most powerful leaders of all time. Was he insane? hell yeah, but he brainwashed his whole country (I know many refused to join the Nazi's, but he made it mandatory or death) with his brilliant rhetoric. Besides, there was another dictator that was probably worse than Hitler. Now who can possibly be worse than hitler? Why, Stalin of the USSR. He'd kill you for wearing a color he didn't like. He kill you for walking behind him, he didn't have to have ANY excuse whatsoever. Hell, shame he was an allied power.

Don't even TRY to compare Hitler & Stalin; Stalin AT LEAST was fighting to better his country... not because he was pissed off about his POSSIBLE ancestry of being part Jewish and that such shit. Hitler though... he was the essence of either A) evil or B) insanity. Although one must admit, Adolph Hitler was a great tactition, he knew what he was doing in the area of war.
He screwed up when he directed too much manpower to killing Jewish people, instead of using the vast amount of manpower he had for the war effort.
That is sick, i feel sad when i see the pictures.
And yet after this the racism and nazi is growing all over the world.

well, tell you what, they both sucked. Hitler was a lunatic with crazy genocide ideas, and Stalin sought for too much power. and I'll tell you how did Hitler get all of his people to follow him. Simple, his country was in the worst economic situation possible - everyone was desperate for mere bread. So, he promissed them that he will feed them and will solve the economic problems, and once he had some power, he actually did what he promissed them! so, the people, seeing that he can help them, all supported him.
he simply used their most basic instincts.
and Stalin, he was Lenin's hier, and the story with him is pretty much like with Hitler.
thinking of it, all politicians suck. they're all no good - if they promiss they don't do, and if they do what the promissed, they do it partialy, or then sieze too much power.

He WAS a hero in his country , as he tryed to improve the living conditions of his...nation by turning every other into slaves (or just destroying 'em, as he though that only he and his nation are the holy and have rights to rule the world)

Was in Poland last week and visited Auschwitz. Truly disguisting but I do believe the handling of the event afterwards was a bad idea - the birth of Israel. Yeah lets just kick out all the muslims from the historic residence of the Jews... and what happens? The middle-east becomes a place of turmoil.
No I am definitely not anti-semitic but I think the formation of the country of Israel was a bad idea.

The German people were desperate and in a economical depression...they were willing to follow any man that promised a solution. They didn't realize how bad Hitler really was.
It's kind of ironic that Hitler was actually a war hero during WWI and earned the Iron Cross for his bravery. (Iron Cross is kind of like the Congresional Medal of Honor, I think.) Turns out, he was actually a phsyco all along.
that's not enough reason to make me believe he was a better person. Stalin considered EVERYONE in his country as a traitor and wanted to kill them all. Hitler only had a hatred for Jews, not his whole country. I believe Stalin was just as bad as Hitler. Besides, Hilter was a Facist and Stalin was a Communist. Hey hitler was a great leader, too but he was still insane. So was Stalin. He killed probably as many russians as hitler killed Jews.
Once again this is popular vote. People would say Hitler is bad because he started the war, as well as breed an even more racist hatred toward other races. So he's well known. Stalin is just as bad if not worse than hitler, not that many people realize it. It's like saying Babe Ruth was the greatest baseball player ever, when Ty Cobb was the exact same, just not as known like babe.
Also, hitler TOO was fighting for the "good" of his country.

Hitler wasn't a bad choice at the start as the leader...He promised great things, and hes done many great things...But his followers barely noticed the path he was taking because he did it so gradually...It wasn't done over night obviously...
But still...massacres happen...and they will continue to happen as long as there is someone to dominate. Rwanda, Mozambique, all the African countries still undergo massacres...
I still don't see how some people can say that the holocaust never happened, and how some try to cover it up...
