THIS PROGRAM WILL CLOSE YOUR TASKBAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
HOW TO RESTORE:
Method 1 (Thanks to xFoRcYsToSx):
1) Double-click the programs bottom right corner
Method 2:
1) CLOSE THE PROGRAM.
2) PRESS CTRL+ALT+DEL
3) GO TO THE 'PROCESSES' TAB
4) FIND 'EXPLORER.EXE' AND END TASK
5) CLICK FILE --> NEW TASK (RUN)
6) TYPE IN 'EXPLORER.EXE' (WITHOUT QUOTES).
YOUR DESKTOP SHOULD RETURN TO NORMAL.

It could be a joke but its a bad joke for some members
Basically, the program closes explorer.exe (taskbar) and it says to contact the sender if you want it back. IT also says that if you close the program or restart it, the taskbar will be gone forever.
lucky for him i didnt saw it , cos i would perm ban him for that joke :P
